Butcher's Dry Complete contains wheat gluten, so is not suitable for dogs that suffer from gluten intolerance.
Butcher’s Dry Complete contains small quantities of artificial additives. These are kept to the minimum level (within European approved levels) as Butcher’s Pet Care is committed to natural nutrition. We are proud to state, that unlike the majority of Dry Complete foods, there are no added unnatural anti-oxidants in Butcher’s Dry Complete.
Yes, our recipes contain soya which is rich in protein and is sourced from vegetables.

Butcher's Dry Complete provides complete nutrition and will be sufficient to maintain the good health of your dog. A trial carried out testing Butcher's Dry Complete showed there was an increase in dog’s joint mobility “ it improved my dog’s activity levels and mobility" and dog’s coats became glossier, “coat looks more glossy, she seems more contented and a lot happier in herself".
If you would like to add some wet food to your dog’s meal, replace a small cupful (100ml or 50g) with ½ a can (200g) from the Butcher's range. If you would prefer to add a Butcher's Choice alutray to Butcher's Dry Complete, please replace 60ml or 30g with one 150g alutray from our range of traditional, succulent recipes.
Our recipes contain a small amount of salt at levels that are not harmful to your dog. They also contain sugar beet pulp, which is a good source of fibre for a healthy digestive system.
Meat and animal derivatives consist of liver, lungs and heart sourced from animals fit for human consumption. This is a good source of protein and is tasty too!
